Mr. Alexatos and my grandfather, Harry (Ole' Gal) Galloway served together during WWII. Recently, when my grandfather passed away; I had the opportunity to meet and become friends with Mike Alexatos. I have read his stories and poems; he is a great author and more importantly, a great man. I hope you will enjoy these stories written by a man who proudly served his country for many years and during many wars. I hope you enjoy his work as much as I have. S.M. Galloway
