You should be able to just press X and continue on to the next mission. If you haven't done so, already, I recommend going into your skills, by pressing square, and upgrading one of your skills, first. You can tell, they based the skill-upgrade system on the Batman: Arkham games (you know; when you upgrade the Batsuit, gadgets, etc.). I also recommend, after unlocking some of the missions (as many as you see fit), going into the mission select feature and playing through those missions, as many times as you'd like, to gain more xp points so you can unlock more perks continue to upgrade your skills, so when you feel like continuing with story mode, you'll be much more prepared. It might take a while, but it pays off. You can also access your skills from the main menu and adjust your skills and perks however you want. There's no limit to how many times you can reset & re-adjust your skills & perks. You won't lose any of your perks and you won't lose any of your xp. I hope this helps.
