This guitar is a limited edition produced by the Jose Ramirez workshop in Madrid, Spain. It is a light guitar made only of solid Ceder and Indian Rosewood. The action was perfect right out of the humicase. The guitar case is awesome. The decorations on the guitar are beautiful and the finish is flawless. The silver-plated frets are well placed and trimmed. The scent of the Ceder top is nice too. The sound is high-end, with no buzzing at all. The high notes are clear and full. The sustain is long and dolce(sweet). This is the best student guitar I've yet to come across. I've had the opportunity to play and inspect a few of these and they are all very consistent in quality and sound. I prefer this guitar over the Rodriguez FC and the Yari CY128CE. I researched this guitar extensively searching for the last student guitar I'll need and this is definitely it. They're making this model until December of this year and they go pretty quick. I highly recommend this guitar for the classical player looking for the most quality at the best price. It's a bit more than the other models in its class, but well worth the extra cash.

I've been waiting to buy a Ramirez guitar for a long time, this guitar is a beautiful piece of work, unfortunately the guitar was defective, 4th string, frets 2 to 6, couldn't be played without a horrible metal sound happening, also an E major in the first position would sound fine but an A minor in the first position made this awful sound again. Probably I was unlucky to receive this product.I expected much more from a Ramirez guitar regardless it is a student model

Ramirez continues to live up to its reputation and the 125 Anos classical guitar exceeds expectations. The guitar is, quite literally, a work of art in and of itself, and a premium quality vehicle of artistry. It displays a warmth and beauty that only a product of superior craftsmanship can produce. Thank you Ramirez Guitars, and all of its associates, and kudos to Amalia for the inspirational design!

This classical guitar is simply beautiful and elegant to look at and a joy to play. It also happens to be made by the legendary guitar manufacturer, Jose Ramirez of Madrid, Spain. It has a nice, warm tone, with bright trebles, excellent bass, intonation, and good volume. The action is set to classical standards, 4mm at the 6th string and 3mm at the first. My only exception to the original setup is, due to personal preference, changing the original Ramirez hard-tension strings to a set of normal tension D'Addario Pro Arte EJ45's. Otherwise, this guitar is perfect. It is definitely an excellent choice for the advanced student. Based on Ramirez's 'E' line of estudio guitars, it is all solid wood, hand-crafted using top-notch materials. It compares favorably to Ramirez's 4NE model but at a lesser cost. This particular model will not be made after this year. I highly recommend it, especially for those, like me, who cannot yet afford a hand-made, custom luthier guitar.
