It took alittle time for Moncho to get known,that is famous because there was so much talent in the Island*(Puerto Rico)in those days and it was not easy for anybody to be recognize.It took
him time playing with the !!!MAYARI!!!before he blossom.Moncho really shines when he organized his own orchestra and went,to me,to stardom.I knew him very well and his easy going style made him one,ifr not the best band leader among Cesar Concepcion,and others.In this disk, the songs alone are worth the time.I`m sure
that been with the MAYARI was unforgetable for him.I`ll tell not to pass this oportunity and get this cd,it`s excellent.
