Once is not enough, but not for everyone,
By
This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Hardcover)
As a seeker on the 'path' for almost 25 years, I have been exposed to just about every guru and philosophy of the new age, many of them personally. I have met a man who was raised from the dead by Sai Baba, and I have been worked on by a psychic surgeon. In other words, I have been around the block and have nothing negative to say about any of them.
I am writing this because I simply have not read anything like the white book. When I found David Hawkins' Power vs Force, It was the first book that I ever started rereading immediately as soon as I finished the last page. With the White Book, I am now on my fourth reading, and I am still savoring every paragraph. It took a week to begin the first reread, because I knew something was happening to me, and it was very good. Just a couple of pages a day, and my soul is singing. The best way to describe this book is that when I attempted to read sections of this book to my spiritual peers, they, in spite of their best efforts, almost immediately fell asleep. For serious seekers, we have all had the experience of being in energy that was so high that we were unable to stay awake. For me, the first time I read the white book, I realized, when I perused it later, that I had no recall of at least 3/4 of the content. As a long time member of mensa, when this happens, I take note. I had borrowed it from a library, and I realized I had trouble taking it back. I have met several people who read the white book years ago, some still students of Ramtha, and when I remind them to read it again, they are absolutely blown away. I have never seen Ramtha, and I really have no interest in seeing him, other than as a tourist. It is not what a teaching says, it is what it does that has value to me. The white book feeds me. If this is not your book, I hope that you find one that does for you what this book does for me. Words fail to communicate what this book is about, so when you read this review observe how you feel.

The February 2005 revised edition is a better buy,
This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Paperback)
Great content, but save your money and buy the newer edition. I give it 4 stars because I think the new release is worth 5. This version from 1999 was great in its time but is out of print and only available from used bookstores. The newest edition released in February 2005, ISBN 1578730457, includes an excellent new glossary and is available from Amazon for only $24.95.
The White Book provides answers and insights to the four most basic questions: Who are we? Where did we come from? What are we supposed to be doing here? Where are we going? It was the first book I read that filled in the holes that I had found in other spiritual and metaphysical systems of thought.

This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Hardcover)
I loved this book! I have read dozens of spiritual books and recommend this one over any of the others. If you are looking for answers you will find them here. This is a book about love and joy and finding God within yourself. It answers questions about life, death, and reincarnation. This book will help you to let go of limiting beliefs and fears and to realise your own divinity. If you are a fan of Eckhart Tolle the Abraham books or The Secret you will love this book.

No longer do I suffer from guilt now or in the past!,
By
This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Hardcover)
You don't have to plug into who Ramtha is, his age, or his channel in order to have answers that make sense. I wrestled with guilt over things in the past and after I read this book, I knew guilt for what it was, a useless emotion and a negation of the fact that all of life teaches us in the process. Ramtha leans more towards a quantum physics of the who we are and how things work, and I'm a quantum physics fan because it's the only science that has explained all the wierd stuff I've encounted in my life. His words ring true for me, and I am falling back in love with the imperfect person I am now, seeking my own answers from the highest part of me, rather than chase someone else who might have answers they claim is the truth! Truth is totally subjective! I love reading the book!

An Extraordinary Book!,
This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Hardcover)
I first read the original version of this book in 1987. Reading it changed my whole outlook on life and was instrumental in continuing my spiritual journey along a path of truth. No more mystical airy fairy stuff, at last I had found where I could get answers to my questions. It set me on a path of self understanding, growth and evolution that continues to this day and of which I am entirely grateful. I found that Ramtha covered every topic imaginable and laid to rest many otherwise mysteries surrounding life.
This book (affectionately called The White Book) can be read and re read, and one will always learn something new and great that can immediately be applied to life ..... they are the teachings of a Master. I highly recommend this book as a worthwhile addition to any library, that can be referred to often for continual inspiration and knowledge.

This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Paperback)
This is the best book for anyone who is searching for God. The book is filled with truth, wisdom, poetic and love. If you are an open mind person, the words will touch your heart and awakening your soul. What Ramtha really trying to tell us is who we really are. God is not outside of us. God is not on the sky of a piece of real estate property. God is inside of you. You are it.I reconmend this book to anyone who is searching for God.

It will turn your point of view 180 degrees,

This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Hardcover)
The white book could be the beginning of your quest or it could be the point where it ends.
I couldn't stop reading and I didn't want it to end. If you think that there is something more to what we are, to how we live, to how we love then you HAVE to read this book. But if you think that this is all that is and we are all that is, then you HAVE to read this book. I recommend it 100%

Fascinating information about the questionable aspects of life,
This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Hardcover)
This is a channeled book by an entity that lived some thousands of years ago. The information is highly interesting. Subjects covered have to do with questionable aspects of life, death, reincarnation, God, love, etc. I can see where people would be skeptical of the information contained in this book. It's exceptionally different from what most of us have grown up learning about life and the world we live in. At times, it's hard to imagine that some of the ideas here are true. I think there is much truth to this though.
I have read numerous books in the new thought/new age realm and a lot of the more recent books have the same principles/ideas that are presented here. This is similar to 'The Secret' except way better, with loads more information and twenty years earlier. (The Secret used a variety of sources while this is channeled info from one entity) While reading through this, there were several places when I was reminded of other books I've read like ACIM.(A course In Miracles) I also thought of Gary Renard's Disappearance of the Universe and Your Immortal Reality and Richard Bach's Illusions. On the subjects of the seven dimensions made me think of Madeleine L'Engle's A Wrinkle In Time. I do remember when I read Gary Renard's 'Disappearance..' it was hard for me to imagine it as true because it starkly contrasted with the ways I had been taught. So, reading this now, wasn't such a shock and I don't think the ideas are that far-out. There are some ideas here are still hard for me to fully wrap my mind around. That doesn't mean that it isn't or can't be true though. Who really knows for sure? Reading this has enhanced what I've already learned from other more recent sources and has opened my mind to even more possibilities.

Ramtha the White Book,
This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Hardcover)
The book is certainly thought provoking but its not a one time read and put away. It is an amazing story and this story is just as possible as anothing else in this life. If you are open to looking outside the box of your paradigm it will give the reader another look at what else is possible about life. It is a very spiritual story but without dogma. In my opinion everyone should read this book

Mixed feelings,
This review is from: Ramtha: The White Book (Hardcover)
I am intrigued with the ideas presented in this book. Several of them are contrary to my idea of common sense and the traditional nature of my background. Some of them are very helpful to me I try to keep an open mind, take what I can use, and reserve judgement on the rest.
