Amelia had a secret, the baby she loved, would give her life for, wasn't her natural child.
Mitch was a year and a half. He picks Dalton Grayson as a friend.
Dalton came to Amelia because had his half-brother's son.
Dalton's step-mother Barbara is dying of cancer, she found out about her grandson.
Her son is now dead, and she wants to see his son before she dies.
Barbara decides maybe Amelia is not good enough for her grandson.
Dalton finds out about this twist.
He guarantees Amelia that no one is going to take her son.
But what his doesn't know is Mitch isn't really her son.
Amelia is afraid if they find out she isn't Mitch's real mother they will take him, and she would never see Mitch again.
This book is so predictable. I love it, it just ended too soon.
I hate when a book doesn't go well at the end.
