1) instructions should be more complete (like there is no direction on which side the 90 angled connector gasket should be installed, and it will leak if installed wrong side)
2) display visibility is good when you look on the screen from below but is bad when you look straight or from top (looks like LCD viewing angle is setup in such a strange way)
3) if you wire the system so it gets power with ignition it will run the pump every time you will turn ignition on, even if there is a pressure in the system (just turn ignition off and on again and the pump will run)
4) pump is a bit noisy, you must mount it on some good isolators (use something better then what goes with the kit)
5) the remote has only one configurable preset. I would like to be able to change the whole list of presets as I have a different idea with rancho guys of what highway or offroad preset should be for my truck setup.

overall the product is great and I hope that these problems will be fixed in next version

Directions are poorly written. Rancho should provide spare 90 and connectors that could leak. Had one 90 that leaked had to request a replacement. Besides that system works great

I purchased this along with 4 9000xl shocks for my super duty. Worked well when it wanted to work, -23 degree morning, the pump ran and ran until the unit quit, I followed the troubleshooting checking for leaks and reset the receiver, I still get E3 code and a error light. Since then I've gone back to using the knobs on the shocks, I uninstalled the system because I cannot find a replacement receiver.

I installed this In January of 13 and the Compressor Died on 10-20-13. When it was first installed and seemed to work ok. The compressor would always come on and build pressure every time I started the truck. It started running longer and longer until it ran non stop and now it just whines but produces no air.

Within 1 1/2 year I have had:

1) Hose broke through due to air pressure, not rubbing or touching exhaust (replaced by Rancho)

2) Fitting broke (to replace an air fitting was $45!!!)

3) Compressor/controller stopped working (waiting on warranty now)

The adjustability of the system was the deciding factor to go with Rancho and this system. I installed it myself in a couple of hours on a Saturday. System was good initially but now 10 months into it the system constantly triggers the compressor due to air leaks. Also the remote sometimes works sometimes doesn't. It gets hung up on a setting and prevent changes from being made. I saved the manual dials from the shocks and will probably remove the remote system and go back to the manual dial since the shocks are usually set all the way to 9 anyway. The shocks are almost overwhelmed by the heavy Duramax diesel motor.

i really like it as there isnt much like it on the market, fitment was good and the working of it is great, my only prob is im a bit scared of snapping off the inlet T's when off road, hasnt happened but its allways in the back of your mind, also had some sealing problems with the inlet T"s which required removed and resealing, the compressor when hardwired is pretty sensetive so if you have a small leak it will have a short burst every 5 mins, on the bright side it does make you aware if you have a small leak which you would not otherwise know about, if wired to ignition it would only crank up when the key is turned
