I priced stove coils from the mfg. and they were $53 each. I needed 2.

Got on Amazon and found them for $22 total, including shipping.

Very pleased--also very fast delivery.

I ordered 2 of these replacement burners in different sizes to replace worn out factory burners. I am not a heavy cook - I'm only cooking for one and my burners frequently go for a week or more without being used. That said, I was very happy with them when they first came, but exactly one year later, they are losing power and don't get red hot anymore. The original two burners (10+ years old) get red hot, but these replacement burners take 15-20 minutes just to boil water. I probably need to spend more for a higher quality to last the long run.

Ordered these after an original coil of mine sparked and shorted out. Turns out the insulators near the tips can can wear out. Who knew? Anyway, these parts fit perfectly, and work great. Replaced all 4. I recommend everyone with an older electric stove think about doing so. Also, I replaced the electrical receptacles on the stove as well - after years of use, they too were in pretty scary condition...

Unfortunately I needed a larger one. I had to order a second one after I received this one. The size should probably be in the name rather than the number of coils. I'll use this one as a spare for the other small coils on my stove. The product arrived promptly and the larger one I ordered second works great.

I don't find the size listed in this ad for this range heating element,is it 6" or 8"? Cannot buy unless I know the size.

I was thinking of getting a new stove. My burners and drip pans were so bad, that one of my burners caught fire while cooking pasta. That was it. I ordered new burners and new drip pans, and my stove works great and looks brand new!

This had been perfect for my Frigidaire stove top. It fits and works great! I'm glad to finally have four stovetops again!

Works great. Removed the old ones and plugged in the new ones and they worked great. Even the kids noticed and asked if we got a new stove. Thanks Amazon!

My daughter is from this new teenage- generation where they want to throw away everything old and buy new digital crap. We have an older Roper electric stove. One of the burners was looking tattered and only partially worked. She kept saying how nice it would be to have a new stove, and soon the wife started backing her up. I found these replacement elements and bought some for all 4. I had my daughter clean the stove top completely and then I installed these elements with new drip pans and voila...new stove. It works wonderfully! Saved me a ton of money and probably a backache!
