Review
Many people in our society are challenged with spinal pain. This book by Daphne Stoermer will help them achieve the flexibility they need to return to active lives. Daphne draws on her extensive experience as a highly skilled orthopedic physical therapist to guide people through a series of flexibility exercises. Of course, not all the exercises will be appropriate for every person with spinal pain. However, by choosing the exercises which work best in their particular case, people with spinal pain will be able to put together a flexibility program which will greatly improve the quality of their lives. I think Daphne has done us a great service by sharing her experience with us. --

It's a comprehensive program for all ages and abilities where you'll learn what to do and why you're doing it. It starts with a postural analysis and ends with some commonsense ideas on injury prevention, with lots of effective stretches in between. Daphne's straightforward and non-intimidating approach makes this a program anyone can do. --
Joanie Greggains of Joanie Greggains Productions. The range of motion stretch program offers excellent direction and illustration of how to carry out exercises involving all aspects of the body. It will be an excellent resource for patients as well as therapists. This may well be the most comprehensive exercise and stretch program ever. J.
