I purchased this product because it was advertised as "Long Range", and our current Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse couldn't handle the 15 feet between our TV and sofa.

We were disappointed. This mouse performs no better than our current setup, and the keyboard performs even worse, often dropping letters. It is also telling that the product itself is NOT labeled as being "long range". I suspect this title was added by Max Geek to sell more.

Pros: Cheap. Keyboard is nice and small
Cons: Not long range at all, couldn't handle 15' distance.

Note: Finally we tried the "IOGear 2.4G Wireless Long Range Media Center Desktop Keyboard Mouse", and it works long distance as advertised. Wonderful to sit on the couch and navigate Hulu and Pandora. (It has a strange keyboard layout, but at least it works!)

I purchased this item to hook up with my tv and laptop , this key board is garbage , the keys would not work properly , basically it worked when it wanted too. I tried new batteries , no help. The company that sold it is good DB roth , they are willing to have me return it and try again with a new one. I hope it will work if not i will try to get my money back.

I will start this off by saying I am not a computer novice.

The damn mouse and keyboard will not connect to my computer. After 30 minutes of working with it, it's obvious it's a product problem, and not a computer problem. The instructions mention a CD installation (which was not included in the package I received), but I initially didn't worry about it much. I really doubt lack of CD has to do with it (but who knows. It's the sellers fault in any case) but neither mouse or keyboard work. The usb connection device sucks. Product sucks. I wasted my money.
