4.0 out of 5 stars Great concept, odd design, January 2, 2009

When I saw this figure, I thought it is great that the classics are getting a revamp this way. Being a collector, its always fun to see them re-release a figure or robot in a different style. The striking detail on this figure makes it look less bulky than the originals and far more impressive. The articulation is great except for the right arm, which for some reason is lacking the same articulation points as the left. There are no action gimicks to warrent such a design, so I'm not sure what they were thinking. It comes with a lightning bolt stand, which is nice when displaying it. Overall it's a pretty good figure, but the odd articulation choice limits it severely.

Purchased this power ranger for my son. It was nicer than expected with great attention to detail. It is also durable and can be used without fear of breaking.
