This toy is just that, a toy. It only has a rudder control and you have to adjust the trim manually. This means that if you throw it and it doesn't go up, it will go down, HARD. As did mine on the first try. It's nose broke off but it still flew after adjusting the trim. The fully charged battery lasts about 3 minutes which is just about enough time to crash it 3 more times. I must say that even though the nose, cockpit and tail broke off, the wings stayed in good shape and I think it will fly again with the scotch taped up parts. Good luck with this one.

I crashed my first blue angel due to incorrect CG point. It's very important to use the CG medthod specified in the instructions or it won't fly. For my plane, the battery must move as far forward as I can have it. It flew great after that. Don't let this plane get to far away from you or you will loose sight of it and can't find it after it lands. The remote control does not have a cut off switch so you must fly it until the battery go low and the motor will shutoff. This plane so beautiful in the air. I always get a lot of praise from fellow R/C pilots. The price is right and customer service are A+.

Lies. The battery has enough charge to crash at least 6 times.,

Don't have too high expectations. You won't have too much control, but that also means you won't get into as much trouble. If you have it properly balanced as described in the manual, it should fly just fine.My batteries won't charge so I bought another set. However, i got the wrong size, 6 cell, AA sized, instead of AAA sized. So it's a little overweight. Luckily, this thing's got enough surplus power that it actually still flew while overweight, and with a battery pack strapped tot he outside of the fuselage instead of tucked into the fuselage.

The sky ranger is awesome but i had a red one like it and i used it for the first time. But when i did, it worked fine until it went face first into the ground, burned the engine and never worked again. My cousin and I ended up taking it apart and seeing what was wrong. I was so mad I was about to cry. Even though it broke I am planning to buy this one. When it comes in.
