This video is about Ryoga training to defeat Ranma. Ranma learns that if Ryoga learns how to perfect "the breaking point" anyone can die from it. So Ranma is training to block. Later you find out that "the breaking point" is not exactally what it seems :) You have to buy the video to see what I mean.
