The Rapid Ice wine cooler is an excellent device for keeping a bottle of wine cool at a dinner party. In Australia, when the outside temperature is close to 38C, it is always a challenge keeping the wine cool for Christmas dinner. However, there is no doubt that this wine cooler does the job. Don't expect miracles - it won't cool a warm bottle, but if the wine is already chilled, this device does a good job at keeping it chilled - at least as long as it takes to drink it! It is also useful for keeping the wine cold in a coolbox for a barbecue on the beach!

I wouldn't expect this to really chill a bottle of wine, but it's sure handy to put over a bottle while it sits on the table. It keeps the wine chilled while sitting out.

I have owned the same item for several years with no problems. These I ordered and gave as a gift and was embarrassed when they were used and both had small holes in them and leaked all over.

This wine cooler is amazing. When you don't think ahead and feel like you want a nice cold bottle of white wine, just slip it into the cooler and in 15 min. your wine is chilled. Keep it on when you go outdoors in the summer and it keeps your wine chilled so your second glass will be just right.

I have used this product for years as a way to keep already chilled white wine cool as it is being served. I have never used this product to chill a room temperature bottle. I store the Wine cooler in the freezer so it is ready to use whenever I need it.
