Basic and simple charger that is small enough to not take up too much room when traveling, which makes it a perfect addition/accessory to the reader. It is very convienent just to use the chargerCharges fairly quickly and so far very happy with it on the couple of trips I have takeen it on due to its size.

Doesn't work on PRS-505,

Not only did it not work, it actually discharged my reader. After recharging the 505 battery from my computer, the 505 required a reset in order to function.Gomadic unit also didn't look like the example shown, in that it actually used a connection-changing cable to go from the transformer's cable to the 505 plug. However, delivery was quick!
