I have been doing Cycle 1 and lost 10lbs so far (day 12). I am reading ahead in the book and see that on cycle 3 it adds more carbs and states that weight loss will slow down until you go back to cycle 1. Has anyone, or does anyone know if you can just do cycle 1 then 2 and keep going through 1 and 2 until you are ready for 3??????
