A Captivating Highly Polished CD,
By "xzibit101" (Chicago, IL USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Rap's New Generation (Audio CD)
This cd sells itself by the big names and holds some promising artists. The beats are pretty tight, and the artists usually basically fit. The best track is No. 5 by Da Wastlanz- which is partly black empowerment, and reviews the past/present. It reminds of the the "smart rappers" such as Common and the one and only Pac. Secondly, No. 2- a track that features DMX with a simple "selling, leaving you think Drag On (lol) memorable chorus". Although all these artists won't make it of course, it'll be intresting to see who does (Drag On has already). Check out the cd, it's pretty cool. One!

I was just mucking around listening 2 some music when i came across this cd and i decided to give it a listen. This has pretty catchy and interesting beats from the review songs. I would recommend this cd 2 anyone that is in2 rap. This cd deserves a 4 and a half instead of a 5 because the way some songs are put 2gether...well rnt that great Yeah so give this a try
