This book is one of the best fitness/yoga books I have ever read. Ms. Welch is very detailed with her explanations and this helps you a great deal when trying to do the postures by yourself. I have read this book over and over and still find something new. She put a great deal of thought and care into this book and I hope it's put back into print.

I can't believe that I loaned this video and book and never got it back! It was wonderful and I would love to have the video again. Is there any way to get a copy of this video......hathayoga was made easy and I was getting results. It was inspirational to think that I too could look that good! I loved the relaxing aspect and peaceful images it portrayed.

It breaks my heart that this video is no longer available... I first came across it in my local Hollywood Video store as a rental and have been looking for it again ever since! It's so hard to find a GOOD yoga tape that is neither too easy or too annoying-- and this one was truly a find! If it is ever released again, I may have to buy several copies-- just to be safe!
