With Apologies to William Shakespeare,

Ladies and Gentleman, old hand at Amazon reviewing that I am, Hawaiian Organic White Honey has inspired me to a first. For the very first time Codemaster Talon will review an item in the form of the poem. Ready? Here goes:
You may hesitate in buying this honey 'Cause it's gonna take all of yo' money But this heavenly cream Is a tropical dream So divine it's not even FUNNY I wish I could say I've actually had this honey on top of something, like bread or what have you, but at my house we eat it straight out of the jar. Or to be precise, whoever won the bloody battle over the jar and is still able to stand eats it out the jar. It's expensive but worth every penny, and you may even get a literary career out of it. What can you lose? GRADE: A+

This is what they eat in Paradise?,

What can be said about this honey? That it is unique, but so is, say, Thyme honey. That it is rare, but so are many other things in life. That it is expensive, that goes without saying. Wink, wink, check out some promotion with your local Co-Op or organic food store and chances are you may find it for under $10.
As for its nutritive or medical value there is not much one can tell/learn about this honey. However, on a sensory level (taste, and smell), this honey is truly outstanding. It has a way of melting in your mouth that fills you through your senses with joy. Still on a sensory level, I even detect some taste as of beewax--pleasant, in an intriguing way. To make a long (love) story short, if I were to employ a taste/cost type of metric to characterize this opportunity in taste then Hawaiian White Honey would have topped many a food chart; Enjoy it!

I was never a big honey eater until my sister brought me some back from Hawaii on her honeymoon. It is undoubtly the best and most unique honey that I have ever tasted. I had some last night and this morning on hot biscuits. I'm down to one jar and ready to order more. Expensive but well worth it.

After many years and many dollars spent with Amazon, this honey has inspired my first review. It is the food of the gods...and now my sole source of 'sweetness'. I have a serious white sugar addiction, despite the fact refined sugar acts like a poison in my system. A teaspoonful of this straight out of the jar every night leaves me absolutely satisfied, with no cravings the next day, except for that one spoonful at night. I've never eperienced anything like it...the color of cream, the consistancy of frosting, the taste sweet yet warm, rich and earthy...talk about melt in your mouth! I've never been a big regular honey fan, even the best unfiltered organics...but one little taste of this at a Teavana store and I was hooked for life. I've had to order straight from Volcano Island Honey half a dozen jars at a time to be sure I don't get caught in any 'not available'.
TRY IT...IT'S THE TASTE SUGAR ADDICTS HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR!

I discovered this honey a few years ago while in Hawaii. It is the most extraordinary honey ever. Not as sweet as what is normally sold as honey with a smoother texture. I use it in my tea rather than sugar and once you try it on a biscuit, you will be hooked. It is a little pricey for those who are used to squeezing a bear for some honey, but once you try it, you will know why it costs a little more...

A dream,

Okay so I first tried it about 10 days ago in the morning after an ayahuasca ceremony - this is an expected entrance for such a divine product - after a profound healing with mother aya. I saw the white creamy consistency in a glass bowl and my interest was immediately peaked - just by the looks of it you could tell it's a special RARE and good product. I put some on a sprouted grains bread - OMAIFAHKINGOD - I was looking for something like this my whole life.
And everybody who never saw it before was like WHAT IS THIS? It's one on those things that so many people find delicious. I was happy to discover it today in Island Naturals in Hilo. It's s small jar, and mmm mmmmm mmmmmmm, the texture, the look of it, the first taste, the middle taste, the amazing after taste - this thing just doesn't disappoint you. So I just logged on Amazon to hopefully see it's available online as I'm leaving the Big Island of Hawaii (where it's manufactured!) soon, but don't want to lose access to this yummy wonder. I see now that it's not available even though they offer you to sign up for alerts... I suppose it's available from time to time? If you are LUCKY to stumble upon this when it's available, buy it before they run out - it's a family owned farm and they don't abuse their plants or bees, so it's limited. Accept your luck and buy it and it might just be your favorite honey and best ever sweet spread (non-chocolate) ever... (Yeah, chocolate is special after all.... hey I wonder what it's like mixed with raw organic cacao, oh I gotta mix em up after I finish my Master Cleanse....). As it is now, I don't know when it will be available again, so I'll do plan B: ship myself a few of these lovely jars so I can enjoy it for a while :). Thank you the gatherers of this honey and thank you dear bees and dear mother Nature!

I decided to buy some of this white honey one, because it was unique and I like to try new things and two because of all of the positive testimonials I have seen here and other places. I was skeptical at first. How often do things live up to the hype? I took a small taste and was just blown away. It has an almost fluffy sweetness to it. And the flavor builds. When you first taste it, its like, "its good. but..." Then about three or four seconds later the flavor just explodes. Its expensive but its worth treating yourself to it.
