Abrupt transitions,

I find the music relaxing and meditative, but the transitions from track to track are immediate and jarring. As a musician, I appreciate and admire that each piece is in a different key (many meditation CDs don't bother). I would like a fade out and a second or two for my ear to adjust to the new style and tone without a jolt back to the waking state.

As always Deepak Chopra comes through and creates a wonderful product that creates a feeling of calm and relaxation. I am a meditation instructor and use this in my sessions with my clients all the time. First rate CD!!!! Nikki Gredenius, M.A.,C-M.I.
