Light but thought provoking., July 22, 1998
This review is from: Rashanyn Dark (Timequest No. 1) (Paperback)
Somewhat hard to get, this book is worth at least a read-through. Once the main characters, after adventuring through the stars, find a home on which they can settle, they still must integrate into a society that has dichotomies of high-tech and religious fanaticism in between attacks by aliens from a nearby black hole. A Very nicely woven story that give good visual images.

This story is the first part in a trilogy of adventure. No book I have found comes anywhere near the imagination and adventure the Time Quest Trilogy provides.
I have read the series over and over again and still pick up on new things I perhaps missed. You imagination runs wild and the detail in the novels give a great description.
There should be more books written like this one and it should be made available in Kindle format.
The characters are fantastic and gell along the way, it should be the next Stephen Spielberg trilogy.
Enjoy the read.
