Ordered this in 18-24mth for playing dress-up. Very poor quality - lots of loose threads, decal peeling off of black bag, very scratchy fabric, and worst of all - instructions that say "Do Not Wash". Seriously - who makes an outfit for toddlers that you can't wash??

I highly recommend this as solely a Halloween costume. It would not be good for everyday play/dress-up. The label says "Do Not Wash." However, as a Halloween costume, it is extremely cute and when it is on, looks to be higher quality. My 3 year old son wore the 4T size and looked adorable.
