5.0 out of 5 stars DON'T DIS JUST COZ ITS A COMP
Ok, to the bwoy that gave it one star...this is supposed to be a review of the album, not of the record label...first of all yeah, it is kinda bogus that they disguise old songs with new names and say it's a new album, but giving it a one makes sizzla look bad...Don't make dada look bad just coz the label is bogus!!!

First of all, pretty much all the songs...

This review is from: Rastafari (Audio CD)
Things have gotten to the point with this particular label that I don't include their releases in my Sizzla discography, because they're basically just compilations. If anything they are less useless than compilations - at least 1. compilations are mostly hits, whereas Penitentiary albums are random robberies from 2-3 Sizzla albums apiece; and 2. some compilations like the original Reggae Max include a lot of songs that were only released as singles. Penitentiary can't make that claim when you look at a shoddy release like "Burning Fire," which was ALL taken from other official albums.

So here's the rundown on this one:
1. Worldwide Love = World Wide Love from "Hosanna"
2. Love the Life = Live the Life You Love from "Hosanna"
3. Cut and Clear = Cut Clear from "Hosanna"
4. Just Mi Love = Just Through Mi Love from "Light of my World"
5. Clip Pan Dem - is one of the three mixes I've heard of the single "Empty the Clip"
6. Black Woman Lovin = Fat & Yu Clean from "Toe 2 Toe vol 3"
7. Define Yourself - as far as I know was only released as a single
8. Just Like = Fare from "Taking Over"
9. Trust and Love = same song from "Good Ways"/"Reggae Max"
10. Rastafari = Love in the House from "Toe 2 Toe vol 3"
11. Goes Like This = Bandulu from "Black History"
12. We Black People = I See Dem Trying (only released as a single I think)
13. Azanldo = Azinado from "Good Ways"
14. Handling = Bless Me from "Good Ways"
15. Bless = Gun Handling Pros from "Good Ways" (I assume the track order is reversed on 14 & 15, since it makes more sense for Bless to be Bless Me and Handling to be Gun Handling Pros...)
16. Don't Be Disappointed = same song from "Black History"

So we have 3 cuts from "Hosanna," 4 from "Good Ways," 2 from "Black History," 1 from "Taking Over," 1 from "Light of my World," 2 from "Toe 2 Toe vol 3," and a couple singles that are old and reasonably well known. Once again, not worth your time or money. And I think it's kind of funny that some of these albums have already been stolen from for previous releases - Penitentiary is running out of ideas apparently.

In conclusion, avoid this like crazy. If you want a couple tracks from it (there were two I didn't already have) then find a way to obtain them that doesn't put money in this thieving label's pockets.

First of all, pretty much all the songs from the other albums are great with the exception of JUST THRU MI LOVE off of LIGHT OF MY WORLD (since thats the only sizzla album i don't care for). All the songs from Hosanna on this are high quality sizzla...Any songs of Good Ways are classic, and the songs off Black history are some of my favorite songs from sizzla ever...especially DON'T BE DISAPPOINTED....one of the chillest riddims i've ever heard and great vocals...the other songs are singles that aren't on any albums so to some people, if you've heard all the other songs before, it might still be worth it just to own a copy of a cd with those singles on it....

If you're not too familiar with sizzla I think this would be a good cd to buy...they chose some really good songs to be on here...Top notch sizzla songs...bogus label
