Appears very solidly built with a very snug fit- I'm not at all
worried about the phone slipping out.
Nice touch- the phone can be flipped open while it's still in
the holster.
The only drawback for me is that the "standard" battery is too
thick to fit- only the thin battery is compatible.

If you use the standard battery or the extended battery the phone will not fit into the holster. Only the slim battery fits into the holster. It's advertised that the holster works with any battery. Well that's simply not the case. I am very dissapointed.

Finally, a holster for my i500! They work great, for a while. I purchased 5 of them, in case they went out of production and need replacing. Turns out, they last me about 4 to 5 months each. The neck, toward the top of the holster, fatigues, cracks and then can no longer grip the phone. At this great price, though, replacing them is not so bad.
