I love this cd just as much as I love NEXT!!! Next is by far my most favorite group! Here is how I rate this cd.

1.intro- I really hate intros but this one is kinda nice. 8/10
2.too close-this is a song that puts me in the mood for...! 9/10
3.butta Love-I love this song to the f**kin' fullest! 10/10
4.my place-I'm very big on interludes and I really like this. 10/10
5.cozy-This is a really good song. I like how RL and T-Low respect the girls they are with to not pressure her into having sex. 10/10

6.Penetration-I get very moody with this song. Sometimes I like it and sometimes I don't. 6/10
7.You Are My High-I've loved this interlude since the first time I heard it! 10/10
8.I still love you-I have a passion for the way RL says "Cuz every time I close my eyes, I see you/And how I wanna is with you!" This song is raw also. 10/10
9.Stop,Drop, and Roll- What can I say but "I'm on fire!" 10/10
10.Represent Me- I really fell deep into this song because I can really relate to the situation. 10/10
11.Next Experience- I really like this song cuz I'm a freak too!!! 10/10
12.Problems- I get really moody with this song too but it's still a good song. 8/10
13.DO YOU THINK ABOUT ME-GOD I LOVE THIS SONG WITH A PASSION! THIS IS MY FAVORITE SONG ON THE CD! 10++/10
14.Admit The Rat- I love this interlude cuz it is sooo funny! 10/10
15.Sexitude- how could I not love this song? It was wrote for me!10/10
16.Taste So Good- I don't do the oral thing but I lay back and fantasize about getting it listening to this song! 10/10
17.Phone Sex- I love the part where T-Low and RL(ooooh, baby!) go back and forth. That's another good song. 10/10
18.Rock On- this song really had to grow on me. The first time I really listened to it, it became one of my favorites. I love Tweety part(ooh,baby)10/10

Despite how mediocre people say this is, despite how too sexually explicit they say this is, despite how much talent they say Next has, I'm behind them forever. People will love you one day and hate you the next but only true fan-friends gonna be there through whatever. I LOVE NEXT 4-LIFE!!!

I bought this cd because of TOO CLOSE, but when I bought it and heard it, I was taken over by the entire cd. My favorite song on the cd is DO YOU THINK ABOUT ME. This song I'm constantly playing over and over. I just love it to death. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes NEXT.

Next first burst onto the scene with their risque single Butta Love back in 1997 my sophmore year of high school. Their is one central theme on this album and that's SEX. The fellas are at the best at slow jams and this is apparent on the tracks Cozy, Phone Sex, Stop ,Drop & Roll and my favorites Do You Think About Me and Taste So Good. While this are very sexually charged,lead singer R.L. is so smooth and charismatic that he can seduce unwilling FEMALE listeners.

i'm a musician, and a rocker, but i enjoy good music to groove to as well. you won't find much better smooth R&B than this one. every tune is a good one. great for cruisin, kickin' back or with your lady, chillin'. this is one of those cds you find yourself goin' back to when everything else seems worn out and tired. it never really gets old. what seperates next form other R&B groups, is the tenor of the voices: each member stands out, and brings his own style and sound to the offering. a nice change, and great for you wannabe Karaoke singers. check it out. you will dig it. peace.

Too Close is one of the best R&B beats ever. It's a great 90s club song....

I fell in love with the cd for 3 reasons:
1)These guys have great voices and the harmonies are beautiful! RL's voice is my favorite!
2)These guys were not afraid to get down and dirty with their lyrics! They don't just say "baby, i wanna bump-n-grind" they tell you in full detail what they want, and it was real! Sometimes I have to pause it because they would bring back some serious memories!
3)The song 'Do you think about me?" I LOVE THIS SONG!

This CD was the best CD I ever heard. I bought it because of Butta Love and Too Close, but when I heard the whole CD I was in love all over again. I cannot wait until their new CD gets here!

I'm feeling ever word that Next is singing, my favorite song is "Cozy". I can totally relate to what Next saying here. I can't wait until Next makes another album. All I have to say is buy it, its mad cool with hot beats, and tight lyrics. Peace, to Next. If your reading this do your thing, I'll be the first one to buy your new album.

Rough lyrics on a few tracks - still enjoyable. Excellent songwriting - especialy on my favourite tracks - "I Still love You", "Represent Me", "Problems" and the hypnotic "Sexitude" . Solid !
