Well presented self-help,

I had been seeing a counselor for a couple of months during a bitter divorce. The sessions had become more or less a chance to chat while waiting for the next crises. I asked the counselor if there was something that I could do for myself, and she suggested this book. I spent some time reading it and then used the exercises for the next few months. They were very effective, and even though I did proceed with the divorce, I was able to maintain an even emotional balance throughout.Highly Recommended |
