Great stainless steel pitcher for dispensing espresso shots directly from your machine. Novice baristas take note: the 5-ounce pitcher is not for frothing!

I decided to pull out the espresso maker we received as a wedding gift that has been collecting dust for a few years to cut down on my trips to the coffee house. After getting the hang of using it again I decided that I should get some accessories now that I was becoming a regular barista (in my mind anyway). I purchased two of these little pitchers which are perfect for my setup. What a difference from using some small coffee cups. They make pouring the espresso into my mocha glasses easy, they're a snap to clean, and the price point was just right. Highly recommend.

I was tired of using two small espresso mugs to brew my espresso shots from my Rancilio Silvia just to end up dumping them into my travel mug to make a latte. This made me clean two cups for one drink! I therefore got this little brew pitcher, which holds a double-shot of espresso perfectly, and just barely can even hold a triple shot. It works great and makes clean-up after making lattes and Cappuccinos a little easier and faster. Like most Rattleware products I have purchased, I am very pleased!

I buy this product without knowing if will fit under the espresso machine's, and wow...perfect fit, love it!

I ordered two 3 oz. brew pitchers from an external vendor and it was too small, so I ordered two 5 oz. from amazon and they are perfect and fit under the portafilter side by side for a double serving. I also ordered the Krups 20 oz. frothing pitcher, still waiting for it to arrive. I'm hoping it'll be short enough to fit the steam wand clearance. I bought the Cuisinart EM-200 Espresso machine and LOVE IT, It came with a 12 oz. frothing pitcher which is great for when making a single latte; hence, my need for a bigger frothing pitcher - great quality - like every other Cuisinart small appliance I own, except I got a great deal on a Kitchen Aid Food Processor KFPM-773 at my local Navy Exchange, other than, that all else is Cuisinart. I love their quality and warranty!

My order initially did not show up. However, after contacting this seller I recieved a replacement order in three days and they doubled it for free!!!

Two of these pitchers fit well under the espresso machine's head, making them ideal for making two drinks at once, which is the reason I got them. Work much better than trying to cram two coffee cups under there, and they make it easier to even out the pours if the pull doesn't distribute evenly between the two. Very easy to clean, as well. As another reviewer noted, these aren't suitable for frothing - they're strictly designed for catching your dark morning nectar.

Yes it can, and it does it quite well. Beats the old small coffee cup "brew pitcher" I was using. I suppose you could even use it as a mini frothing pitcher if you saw fit, but for pulling double shots it has plenty of room. It claims to be a brew pitcher, and that it does perform, so there you have it...

This little guy is perfect for a double shot. It's small, easy to clean, and helps keep the espresso warm until I'm ready to assemble my drink. I prefer this pitcher to the 3oz ones. I only purchased one, but may order another in the future. Great buy!

I am so excited about my pitcher! I love it! I make myself mini lattes every morning! A great way to start my day!
