Stepping back in time a bit...,

I somehow totally missed this volume along the way. I have no idea how that happened (but it probably helps my review of vol. 24 if you know that, eh?), but I went back and corrected the error last night. All the sudden a whole lot of vols. 24-26 make a lot more sense. So the main reason for this review is a cautionary tale: read the series in order, kiddies! Otherwise you're going to find yourself wondering what on earth is going on... anyway, it's the end of the dance contest and the beginning of the Blue Guardians/resistance story arc, and it's the same quality we usually get from Mashima. But please, for the sake of your own sanity, if you're not already reading the series, start with volume 1! *** 1/2 |
