Series continues to rock., August 8, 2011
This review is from: Rave Master, Vol. 30 (Paperback)
Hiro Mashima, Rave Master, vol. 30 (Tokyopop, 2004)
The gang have to figure out how to refuse the Rave stones, and they learn right from the outset that such will involve restoring Elie's memories of Resha, which Elie knows (but the rest of the gang doesn't) could end up separating them for good. Meanwhile, Lucia has captured the fifth Dark Bring, and the ultimate purposes of both rave and the dark bring are finally revealed. It seems Mashima may have been saving the best for last, because the last couple of volumes have really turned up the quality level. (Guilt, perhaps? Mashima reiterates that he meant to have the series wrapped up in twenty volumes, and here we are on v30....) ****
