The puzzle turned out to be a durable product that is now being used for display purposes. A great gift for the Simpsons fan. The puzzle took an evening to put together and now looks great on the bookshelf.

Little more expensive than a grab bag but worth the price.

I don't like jigsaw puzzles. I had nothing to do with constructing this one.

HOWEVER, my Wife and 9 year old Grand daughter had a blast! Took them about 2 hours because of the ingenious design that has numbers on the inside of the piece in case you get stuck. Our Granddaughter is proud of the accomplishment and loves looking at the Simpsons characters pictured on the globe. Those of us past 40 may want glasses to really get into identifying the characters, but that is not a problem. Sure is fun to do though.

My only criticism is that they tell you it is 240 pieces but the finished product is actually pretty small with a 6 inch diameter. From the photos I had no sense of size even between the different globe/puzzles. Still, it became the appetizer for the other Ravensburger puzzles we bought because this one was so much fun. I think I'll join in the party when we put together the big earth globe. The last one was lots of fun!

I gave it 4 stars for durability because it is quite durable, but don't drop it on a hard floor!

It is fun. It is a challenge. It is easily built or you can challenge yourself by not using the numbers and some of them look difficult.

Highly recommended family fun.

Bought this for my fathers birthday and he loved it, despite its small size it offered some challenging moments for him and he enjoyed it greatly. Once it is done it makes a great bookshelf piece as its small and very neat looking. Perfect gift for any simpsons fans as once they complete it you can stare at it for hours reminiscing all those great episodes represented through the characters on this fun puzzle.

I can only say what my brother in law told me. They live in California and I am in New York. He likes this puzzle very much because he and my sister and their two sons are big, BIG, HUGE fans of "The Simpsons". Personally, I think "The Simpsons" is the most stupid cartoon ever created; but then I'm a "Peanuts" fan myself.
In regards to the puzzle, my brother in law told me it is challenging and certainly not easy to just put together. Since he and my sister are both very highly intelligent; both have IQ's over 175, I would have to say this is a very difficult puzzle...unless you use the numbers on the back. He and my sister are attempting to do it without the numbers. The ONLY REASON this puzzle might be mastered by a CHILD, is BECAUSE OF THE NUMBERS ON THE REVERSE SIDE. Without the numbers, this would NOT be suitable for a child. I would like to see it all completed and will have them send me a photo when it is done. Then I can submit it here if anyone would like to see a better photo than the one supplied here.
