I read it myself and loved it--especially reading the sounds, which made my imagination go wild. Great illustrations! Then I got another and gave it to Arturo, a 14-year-old kid I know, and he loved it, but he will only let his friends read it at his house, beause it's HIS book. Very popular among his peers. (I'm not loaning out my copy, either.)

Anyway, so far this looks like a winner. The art is excellent and for those who know the classic story of Ivanhoe, this sequel story is quite amusing. This one is going on my buy list. |
