Subtle and Delicious,

This olive oil is subtle and delicious, with a slight nutty flavor and a hint of pepper. It is too flavorful (and expensive) to use in cooking. Dip a piece of fresh bread into it, make pesto with it, or drizzle it on grilled fish or vegetables.
