The recipe I made for the ravioli was with out eggs and it still turned out great using the ravioli maker. I used plastic wrap on the ravioli maker for easer releasing of the ravioli, this way it makes the whole process of making ravioli quick and easy. I would recommend this produce to anyone. It's great!

I've been using the "pillow" method for making ravioli. My boss recommended a tray. It speeds things up and gives a nice, uniform ravioli. I flour the tray before placing the pasta sheet on it... and generally wind up using a pastry cutter to separate the raviolis and excess once I turn them out of the tray. Be careful not to overstuff! A very nice, helpful product.

This is so easy to use. My husband makes ravioli like it is nothing. He usually uses chicken and spinach or portabella filling. I definitely recommend this product and am buying another for my friend.
