She lives in Gothenburg, Sweden with her husband Sam Aziz and their daughter Saga.

Lots of fantastic dessert recipes in this book. I am definitely very pleased with it. One downside - nearly every recipe calls for dehydrating something. I just ignore that part for the majority of them and the desserts turn out fabulous.

I had never heard of these two authors before, but love making raw desserts, to decided to give it a try. It is a lovely book! I love cookbooks that contain full-color photos, and this one has beautiful shots of most of the recipes, all of which have beautiful styling. It would make a great gift!

I haven't made anything from this yet, but the ingredients and techniques are similar to other raw food cookbooks I own, so I know that they should turn out great. There is a nice variety of pies, ice creams, and cakes, with some unusual flavor combinations that look like they'll be really good!

If you're interested in raw desserts, I also recommend Practically Raw Desserts: Flexible Recipes for All-Natural Sweets and Treats.

I love the taste that these desserts have, and they easy to make. I recommed this book if you are trying to incorpate raw foods in your diet, and still enjoy your desserts.
