I THINK THIS BOOK IS REALLY GOOD AND THE BEST THINGB IS THAT i WANT IS TELEKINETIC POWERS.

Kindagoodkindabad
The last portion of this book which has interviews with raw foodists is fairly interesting and inspirational. The beginning section with the silly and never-ending "fairy tale" is a waste of good paper.

This book was terribly written and not helpful at all to me. The only part that was interesting was the few interviews he did with raw foodists at the back of the book. This book will not teach you the things you need to become a raw foodist. I much prefer Frederic Patenaude's books.
