I'm a big fan of coconut oil, and not a big fan of sugar. So when I discovered this I was very hopeful. Did not disappoint at all. Very nice taste, without being sicky-sweet, and you feel like you're eating a food that's good for you. Which you are. It also doesnt' seem to have the addictive quality of refined sugars, a little bit is plenty.

...it alters the taste of the tea. I notice it every time I use it versus say the xylitol. I guess it is the coconut that is being infused in the tea, but I prefer the taste of just the tea. Now if I drank Lipton or Tetley's standard brand, I suspect the coconut infusion would be a pleasant treat, with flavored teas, not so much.
