This glove is built based on our core 200 pattern at 11 ½” and happens to be our most popular pattern in the line. This pattern breaks in nicely to form a great pocket . The GG204 is primarily used as a shortstop/pitcher glove at the pro level, but can be used at second base, third base, or shortstop glove at the collegiate or high school levels. Often times, the size of an infielder’s glove is directly related to the size of the player. (The larger in size a player is, the larger size of glove they’ll choose.) Be sure to consider that correlation when choosing a glove.

I just received my glove today and it is great!! I play high school baseball and previously used a Wilson A2000. I decided to try this Rawlings out and I wasn't disappointed!! I used this glove the same day i received it. You can use it right out the package. It is very easy to break in and easy to form. I would recommend this glove to anyone over the age of about 15. For people under 15, look for the pro taper series. It has a smaller hand opening that would be easier to use for younger ball players. You won't be disappointed with Rawlings products!!
