This baseball is plasticy to the touch. As the players hands get sweaty or damp, the ball gets slicker, unlike genuine leather balls. It's a low quality ball, and not even good for playing catch.

I guy that I play pickup baseball with swears buy them but I just swear at them. They seem to absorb water on damp grass, more than other baseballs and then you just dont get a great hit with them after that. They were unraveling way too soon also. I dont think he realized what a good quality baseball should do.
