4.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the Wii version, but still silly and fun, January 3, 2009
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars

Raving Rabbids, Raving Rabbids 2, and Raving Rabbids TV are some of the silliest, most fun games you can play on the Wii. While the DS version of Raving Rabbids TV has the same sensibility, it's somehow not as much fun.

Shaking up a bottle of soda in order to create a burp big enough to destroy Paris in Raving Rabids 2 for the Wii, for example, is more fun than spinning records with your stylus clockwise or counter-clockwise on the DS. Hiding your cell phone so you aren't caught by the angry movie theater manager is more fun on the Wii than popping bubble wrap on the DS. The animations around the games are also more fun and sillier in the Wii versions than the DS version.

It's still a fun game, but it's a bit of a disappointment if you're already familiar with the Wii game.

3.0 out of 5 stars eh, it's okay, nothing great, February 19, 2009

Not as many games on this as the previous Raving Rabbids. It was ok, not to the same level as others. Felt like you were playing the same game over and over with no end in sight. Hopefully the next one will be back to the great insane antics I love so much.

5.0 out of 5 stars Raving Rabbids TV DS Game, November 29, 2008
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party (Video Game)
Ok I guess I am the 1st to rate this game huh? I Guess I will give Credit when Credits due .I have 113 DS games and only 2 others have 5 stars.
First off I will say I am a 39 year old MOM,who went to check out the DS Games for Christmas and there was soooo many to choose from.
I picked this above Hell's Kitchen(tried it online and was disappiointed),Price is Right(i will get that one,Rubuks Cube(Looks alright too).
But something kept pulling me towards the Rayman Rabbids TV game,I am not sorry a bit.I can't tell you exactly how great the game is cuz I have only unlocked the first 6 mini games I think.
!0 is called At The Dentist, the rabbid(well the player)has to pop bubbles on bubble paper as fast as you can popping them w/ the stylus 2)Flying Rabbid,You must launch the rabbid with a rubber band using the stylus to hit these circes worth different amounts of points,3)Raving Rabbids Mix:Player spons a record with the stylus ,spinning to Left or Right depending on arrow direction(If you spin the wrong way your rabbid On the screen above stops Jammmin' 4)At The Gym Bubbles go through 4 speakers while a real catchy tune plays and you must Pop the bubbles, just like any other rythym game it usually says good, great or Bad. 5)Rabbids Onstage :The rabbids run back and forthb across the top screen while you draw objects w/ stylus on board below, then you touch them with stylus, aim and throw at Rabbids running back and forth to get points 6)Rabbids Hair Pluck:In this game you take your stylus and move a red line horizontilly and vertically so you make a target of the curly piece of hair on his belly and you zap it to earn points.
OOOPS there is 1 more It's called Backstage and the Rabbid has 4 pieces of hair on his head on the top screen and you must take your stylus and style it exactly the same to earn points.
Now I have raving rabbids 1 for GBA,Raving Rabbids 2 for DSand now this one this one is by far the best.
After completing the mini games you will bet a chance on a checkerboard type thing to take a certain amount of steps towards the TV,which wilol release a certain amount of Rabbids,You start with 40,So I get like 3 steps for completeing a mini game and I move 3 steps towards a tv which is also on a square, the rabbid then has his turn to do the same to try and beat you to the TV,After you get all 40 of the rabbids outta the TV You Must get 1 more,Yeah It's the Psyco,But hilarious 1 who I have yet to catch.Yeah he's tricky and fast too,if ya gain speed and catch up he'll eat achili pepper and leave you inches behind.
Like I said this is just level 1 and even though I may not have the greatest sense of Humor which this game is great for,but I have an addictive personality, and I find myself just going back for more and more rabbids every few hours.
Please buy this for Christmas for someone in your family,Someone will Love It,There is only 1 slot too so keep that in mind ,My 2 daughters want to play it but cuz its only got 1 slot instead of 3 like alot of other games,It's just you get a bronze, silver or gold cup for your High Score and I want to Earn those First.Plus last time I did that my daughter unlocked the whole game in 3 days which made it to easy for me.
Well I hope you Rabbid lovers Enjoy this one as much as I do,Its got alot to do w/ the Stylus and alot of really catchy music that the rabbid band sings so it's really fun Well worth the $30.
