The Raymarine E52067 RD424 24-inch 4kW Radome Antenna is high-performance radar scanner intended for use with a navigational radar system on leisure or work marine boats. This unit is designed to be mounted in the same pattern as previous generations of radomes, as high up as possible without being subject to pitch and roll, and has complete plug-and-play compatibility with Raymarine C- and E-series multifunction navigation displays.

The RD424 24-inch antenna is has a 2kW power output and a 48nm range, all protected in a new and improved dome housing that is waterproof to CFR46 and IPX6 standards. This unit features an improved radiation pattern and bearing resolution using Propagation Enhancing Geometry, as well as improved sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio, and a lower overall receive-noise figure. This advanced microprocessor controlled transmitter receiver also features eight Pulse width/PRF settings, providing enhanced targets returns through every range scale. The RD424 has approvals from the CE for conforming to 1999/5/EC standards, and the FCC for conforming to 47CFR Part 2 and Part 80 standards, and is backed by a manufacturer's limited 2-year warranty. This 24-inch antenna weighs 17.74 pounds, and measures 25.67 x 9.7 inches (Diameter x Depth).
