I previously cleaned all my jewelry with a toothbrush and some liquid hand soap, I have to say that this machine blows that technique out of the water! There is absolutely no going back after using this jewelry cleaner! If you have been lazy about cleaning your jewelry and watches, or spending the time and money to have your jeweler clean them, this is a lifesaver!
First I used it with plain water and it did a nice job, but after adding a bit of liquid hand soap to the cleaning water, all my jewelry came out SO sparkling, it was like new! I have a bad habit of cooking with my jewelry on and I love using this machine daily to clean out all the little crevices from the gunk that builds up. The different time settings allow me to chose the length cleaning cycle for each item - longer for the first time I clean something, less for maintenance - without having to keep running back into the room to restart the cleaning cycle, although I wish it did have a way for me to set up a custom amount of time, but then again it does have most of the times I would use anyway. Overall this was a great buy and although it was a bit more then some of the other machines out there I think that buying a product with a warranty (pretty cool packaging and logo too) gives me some peace of mind.

I had bought an Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner about 2 years ago and it went belly up on me a few weeks ago so I splurged and decided to buy one of the better models this time around. I have no idea what Advanced Oscillation Circuitry - from the product description - means, but this cleaner certainly did the best job of any Cleaner I've used. I guess that technical mumbo jumbo actually means something every once in a while. I dropped my rings in the water with a few drops of dishsoap - seems to work much better that way - with amazing results, even got the dirt out of all the little filigree after 2 of the longer cycles. They say you're supposed to change the water between cycles but that seems a bit overboard and would be too annoying. With the included Watch holder I was finally able to get my steel-link watchband totally clean - After it worked for that, I went a little cleaner crazy! I started offering anyone who came by my apartment to clean their jewelry, glasses, watches, even one keychain and of course the keys, then again, why anyone needs their keys cleaned is beyond me, but I did it anyway! I was thinking about getting another one of the less expensive jewelry cleaner models but the look of this brand convinced me to go for it - I'm a bit of a sucker for sleek brand logos - and this cleaner was absolutely worth every cent! Not only because it does a great job but because the box and packaging were really nicely done, not the cheap generic plain white knockoff stuff.

I just took this out of the box last night! I'm recently engaged and love having my ring sparkle, so I wanted a professional cleaner to help keep it that way. I tried it with just water the first time and it came out sparkly and looking brand new. I just received the professional concentrated cleaner I also ordered on Amazon this morning. I ran the jewelry cleaner again with a couple drops of the concentrate and was amazed! Simply incredible! I had read that you can use this ultransonic cleaner for other things, such as glasses, so I offered to clean my mom's. She's not very good about cleaning them, and had layers and layers of hairspray dried on. I put them in the cleaner on a medium setting (not even the heavy duty setting) and I have NEVER seen her glasses that clean! She was so impressed she's talking of buying one for herself, and has been going on and on about what a great purchase it was for me. This product is worth every penny! I can't say enough good things about it!
