Dr. Coffman's book is an invaluable resource,

Although much of the book is fairly complicated science, the book is a wonderful resource for those individuals who have been diagnosed with Raynaud's Phenomenon. Finally I found a source that explained many of the "side effects" of Raynaud's at a level that I could understand.
If you, or someone you know, has been diagnosed I (a fellow Raynaud's "sufferer") absolutely recommend it!

Cold hands? Read this book.,

This book is a must-have for anyone suffering from Raynaud's. It can get fairly technical, so it's not the easiest read for a layperson, but it does describe medical and behavioral mechanisms for dealing with Raynaud's. If you have Raynaud's I'm sure you are aware of the dearth of clear information available, and this book brought me a lot of hope.
