I was really surprised, by the bass reproduction and sound quality of these things with my ipod. As a result I turned down the volume about 30% which of course means longer battery time. Previously I had been using the earphones that came with the ipod, but these are well superior. as far as length of the cord that previous reviewer mentioned, I don't know what he's talking about, I''m 6'3" and the cord was more than long enough. I would say its about 5 ft from phones to plug

I was looking for earbuds for the gym. I needed something that would block out more of the clanging and grunting, and allow me to hear my music. I have over-ear headphones that are designed for this purpose, but they look like ear protectors that men and women use on flight lines--not too cool looking at the Y. After reading a myriad of reviews I decided to give these a chance.

These are very good, especially for the relatively inexpensive cost. Not only do they cut the noise by at least 50%, but they sound quite good with just the right amount of bass. I recommend them with only one qualification: there is some cord noise that might annoy a few people. Because these earbuds are designed to cut back on ambient noise, they are meant to fit tightly in one's ears. As a natural consequence, moving the cord can sometimes send a scuffing noise along to the earpiece and your skull--similar to if you fit your finger in an ear and move it about. This can be mitigated by rearranging the cord from time to time--and I have also grown to ignore it. I think it it's a small quirk, you might as well.

These earbuds work wonderfully with my new white Zune. I think the bass is clearer and the sound is much more isolated from the ambient noise in the room compared with the included earphones. It's great that multiple sized attachments come with it for fitting all ear sizes. Mine work best with the smallest size plugs attached. Nice travel pouch too!

My only gripe: The cord is a little short if I want to keep my Zune in my pants pocket. I am 6'2" and the asymmetrical cord pulls out of my left ear when I walk. Works fine in my shirt pocket and would work well in a arm style jogging case.

These are the best headphones you can get at this price point. The clarity is unbeatable and the best i have seen for under 50 and better than must under 100. Razer surprisingly excels at their audio equipment. These are great because they sound great at high volume with little distortion, but they stand out on low volume, you'll be surprised with how much you missed from your favorite songs if you switch from ipod headphones. My only warning is that the ears are different lengths, perfect for the behind the back runner style wearing but for most people use it is a little annoying, but the product is so great i;m really just nitpicking to call that a flaw

Well made and great sound. Ear pieces arrived with three different sizes and included a nice travel case. Bonus is the airplane adapter for in-flight movies. Nice.

Great earbuds.....Had purchased a pair about 2 years ago and was having some work done in my house and one of the sub-contractors decided that they needed my iPod shuffle and Razers more than i did. I was more upset about my Razers than my old shuffle....I replaced my Razer almost immediately....

Sound quality is far better than what you get out of the box with your mp3 player. They are 'in ear buds' which can be some what odd to get used to. They do come with 3 different size rubber covers so you can find one that is comfortable for you. I don't like to run with these because they move around too much, but they are fantastic for blocking ambient noises and produce rich sounds with good bass. I would recommend them for anyone who is not happy with the sound quality of regular earphones but doesn't want to upgrade to more expensive and bulky 'on ear' headphones.

I bought this on Buy.com for $17.99 and wrote a review with a mediocre rating. I complained about the tremble being uncomfortably ear-piercing. That was when I didn't know how to use the earplugs. I realized I wasn't wearing the plugs correctly and to compensate for the lack of volume, the volume was turned up causing the unbalance between treble and bass. After nudging the plugs a little further into my ears, the quality is unbelievable! Also having noise cancellation is simply a luxury. I can be at the noisiest Starbuck and all I notice is my coffee, the book I'm reading, the powerful bass of Enrique's Hero, and every once in a while the moving lips of other cafe patrons.

What's important about these plugs is to select the right plug cover size so that it will completely fit into your ears. But the different-size covers (not to mention a complimentary case) all come with the ear plugs. At the discounted price I bought it for, I am more than satisfied with replacing my Apple headset (great quality but pricey) with the Razor Pro.

I use the earphones mainly for news, so I can't speak to the audio quality. However, before trying these, I had tried many different types of phones and could not find any that fit well and were comfortable. The different size plugs that come with this unit allow you to get the best fit for your ears (even if they are different.) The soft carrying case is also a plus.

I bought this item to wear on an eight hour flight to Honolulu. I couldn't have been more pleased. I started off with the mid-sized plugs and later moved to the small. I barely noticed I had them on. They were great in blocking out the cabin and airplane noise. I'm not an audiofhile, so the sound from my walkman and the on-seat system was fine for me. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for comfort and convenience on a long flight. They were well worth the money.
