My three kids ages 11, 9, and 5 love these. My aunt has two and they have so much trouble waiting for their turn. i just bought this one for my 5 yr old for her 6th b-day. I know she's gonna love. All the kids love these. I like that they get them out from behind electronic devices and exercising. Often those who aren't riding will play or ride other bikes while waiting their turn. My biggest worry is they are low to the ground so I HIGHLY recommend supervision in areas where there are vehicles. At my aunts we're in the country and she has a large driveway so that is not a concern. Get your kids one and get them moving! You won't be sorry!

We bought 2 Razor 360 Flash Riders from Amazon for our twins who turned 12 yesterday. They went absolutely BONKERS for these fun toys! They got the hang of riding and spinning and riding and spinning very quickly. They said the seats were comfortable...one said it was like sitting in a recliner! lol Because they're sitting so low to the ground there's no chance of them flipping this 'trike' over, which is important considering they're spinning and riding around like crazy men. It really reminded me of watching bumper cars at the Fair the way they'd ride straight then turn the handlebars and get it to spin (only my kids weren't crashing into each other....yet....hahaha). My husband and I were very entertained just watching them. The Razor 360's are rated to 160 lbs, so our kids will get many years use out of them.

My husband did the minimal assembly required without any problem. He's a perfectionist, OCD Engineer and he was impressed by the sturdiness of the Razor 360's build. It's got a solid, hard rubber front time, so there's no worry about it popping or wearing through like cheap plastic tires. The back wheels are the standard, small, white Razor wheels which are on their other products. We posted a video of the boys riding the 360's on Facebook and were immediately inundated with questions from friends who'd never seen such a thing. We HIGHLY recommend this toy....as a matter of fact, we're going to contact Razor and BEG them to make an adult version! Seriously!!

We own a big old 4 story building we're rehabbing and the 2nd floor is wide open with wood floors. The boys can ride these things even in the winter and they'll be getting much-needed exercise instead of being couch potatoes and vegging out during the cold Illinois winters.

Update:

12/2/12--My son still loves his rider. After some alterations to the spark holder and new spark, I have been better able to keep the spark in its holder. It did require some hammering and squeezing with pliers to make the grip secure the spark much better. It could be that my unit just had its spark holder looser than other units giving me the early headache of a spark that never stayed in place. Nevertheless, the Rider has been an enjoyable toy for my son to accompany me on dog walks in the neighborhood. Even older neighbors have enjoyed riding the toy, so it appears to take on more weight than the limit specifies. However, it would be nice if Razor made an XL of this product.

The product is 5 stars of fun for my son, but I'm giving 4 because of the frustration I had with the spark unit.

Initial Review:

I bought this for my 10-year-old who has a Razor scooter with spark that actually works. I really regret getting this product with the spark because the plug you insert into the holder never stays in its place. After less than three uses, it slides out, making the "sparking" aspect of the product impossible.

It's been real fun trying to find the spark after it falls out! So if you like "treasure hunting" maybe that is a reason to get the spark. I found it the first few times, but it is now lost.

My son enjoys the razor and pulls to make sparks, but it's just metal to the pavement because there is no spark insert. Not that my son minds scratching up my driveway, but it really annoys me.

Razor really missed the mark here. Do not buy this product. Get the one without the spark, so you can avoid the frustration of having a spark that does not work. The tricycle is fun for my son to ride and drift with apart from having no working spark

I really wanted to 5 star this product, but what a let down. . .

I have purchased several Razor products. All of which I felt were great values. The product quality and the price paid have been spot on. Until this purchase. The parts and pieces are very poor quality. Within 24hrs of this being received and put together the plastic piece on the handle bars broke off (and is unable to be reattached). The stickers are all off. The spark thing doesn't work all that well. All in all my 4 year old loves it and cried at the mention of returning it. I just expected a little higher quality based on all of the other products I had purchased from this company in the past.
