This book is a great read! A sweet love story with an absorbing plot line twist! Personally, I enjoyed the whole book but what I really want to highlight is that the storyline is superb. I am amazed the authors were able to pull it off without the story seeming too silly. The only criticism I have is that I would have appreciated a bit more development in the main characters' relationship. Maybe less sex and more tender moments. But then I am a female and therefore probably not the target audience for this book. lol. Don't get me wrong the characters love is believeable and enjoyable. Yet, probably because of the need to develop the strong plot, the relationship developed pretty quickly. Nevertheless, as a female who has read many romance novels, I have to say this book was refreshing and satisfying. I suggest that all those who are open to this subject, check this book out!

This was a fun read. Ben and Blayne make a great couple. They complement each other well. The wiseass and the anal suit. The sex is hot. The story believable. The mystery and suspense are an added bonus to a refreshing romance.

This book will not keep you away from your chores for very long, because it's an easy, quick read - difficult to put down - and not all that long - unfortunately.

The occasional typo is distracting, but the novel still warrants a high rating.

I loved this book! Considering I'm a strait woman I started reading this thinking I wouldn't get far but because I read just about everything I had to try it. This was one of the most sweet and intense love stories I've ever read, and I've read hundreds of romance novels. The emotion between Blayne and Ben was so...REAL. Honestly I expected this to be a cheesy book, but besides the little bit of excess lovey-dovey that makes a romance novel what it is, it was realistic. And I'm not necessarily talking about the story line because a few aspects were far fetched, which yet again goes along with the romance book tradition. These characters had life changing moments that everyone could relate to and then some that I could never truely understand but that the authors made me understand better than I thought I could. I actually cried at the end and I rarely do that over a book. This story was flat out beautiful. For those women who are considering this read let me tell you that the sex sences are detailed but tastful. I had no problem with the love sences so don't let the cover throw you off. If you feel like trying something new don't hesitate to read this book. You'll find that if you're a sucker for a steamy kiss and a happily ever after, gay or strait, this is the book to read.

The appeal of a novel portraying a romance between two guys is very bewildering, that mostly because of how rare it is to find such. I had great expectations towards this, and it was reached to a reason.

Though at times, it appeared less than believable, and more often to me it appeared no more than something I could simply find off a on-line domain for fanfiction/original stories. A letter missing from a word here and there, but overall the plot line took my mind off this.

Would recommend this book for any person looking to add to their collection a delicious plot line, the allure of romance - so on so forth.

This story had a great element of unsolved and unresolved questions that kept you reading to the end. The ending was an unexpected surprise which I appreciate in a book. The characters were well-developed and I loved that they had different personalities. I loved that Blayne was so introverted, soft-spoken and completely dominated by his father. You were therefore waiting for him to take a stand. I loved that the tension during these moments was palpable. This is the first book I have read of Scott and Scott and have ordered two more. The writing is fluent, the story moves along with great plot and character development. Fantastic ending!!

Good read. Interesting story line. Thought I was going to be disappointed. When reading overlook the grammatical errors.

The "mystery" of the story, and the coincidences are absolutely ridiculous and laughable. With that said, I did find it somewhat entertaining once I suspended disbelief! The sex scenes were the only believable aspects of this book! I'm not recommending it.

Ben and Blayne (what a pair of names) meet in a coffee shop in a lazy afternoon. Blayne is not searching company, at least is what he says, but he is in a gay quarter and in a gay local, and so Ben is a little pushy.

Ben manages to bring Blayne home and then in bed. But then Blayne flies away: he is married and he is straight! Not a believable excuse. Leaving he says to Ben to send him his resume: Ben is unemployed and maybe Blayne could do something... It's a joke but Ben sends the resume and Blayne's father, Garret, chooses to assume him. And so Blayne and Ben, with Todd and Emily, two friends, find themself to a side of a barricate and in the other side there is Garret and Jeanette, Blayne's wife. The war is about the launch of a new product for Mandatory, the Garret's firm: a new razor.

The book is interesting, a good mix of romance and story. Maybe also a little of suspence, even if, clue by clue, you can manage to unveal the truth way soon before it's unveiled by the story.

A story begins like a flirt ends in a love me forever feeling. When I read about this book, strangely I have ever had the feeling it was much more hard. Sex is not the main aspect and not the only reason to substain the plot. Maybe also the original print cover gives you that impression. I really like more the ebook version cover.

At this point I can say that I will be glad to read also the other stories this duo, Scott & Scott, have already written.

BEN SEATS HIMSELF AT BLAYNE'S TABLE AND ASKS IF HE WOULD LIKE A CUP OF COFFEE? BLAYNE HAS A FULL CUP SITTING IN FRONT OF HIM AND REALIZES THE GOOD LOOKING MAN NEXT TO HIM IS OFFERING MORE THAN COFFEE. HE COMES OUT WITH "I'M STRAIGHT." BEN TELLS HIM "THEN YOU'RE IN THE WRONG PART OF TOWN." BEN INTRODUCES HIMSELF AND LAUGHS WHEN BLAYNE GIVES HIS NAME SAYING "AND YOU'RE STRAIGHT WITH A NAME LIKE BLAYNE?" MAD, BLAYNE IS ABOUT TO GET UP AND LEAVE WHEN BEN TOUCHES HIM AND SAYS "DON'T GO." WELL IT ALL BOILS DOWN TO THEM ENDING UP AT BEN'S PLACE. THEY HAVE SEX AND BLAYNE UPSET WITH HIMSELF DRESSES AND UPON LEAVING SAYS, "I'M MARRIED." BEN BLOWS UP. "GET OUT OF MY APARTMENT AND BACK INTO YOUR CLOSET. IT MUST BE CROWDED WITH YOU & YOUR WIFE IN THERE" REMEMBERING BEN WAS OUT OF WORK BLAYNE TELLS HIM TO SEND HIS RESUME TO MANDATORY, THE COMPANY WHERE HE WORKS AND HIS FATHER OWNS. THIS IS WHERE EVERYTHING BEGINS HAPPENING! EMILY A FRIEND OF BEN'S SENDS A RESUME AGAINST BEN'S WISHES. BLAYNE IS SURPRISED WHEN HIS FATHER DISCOVERS THE RESUME AND HIRES BEN. HE DOESN'T REALIZE THAT GARRETT(BLAYNE'S FATHER HAS A MOTIVE FOR HIRING BEN). THE SUSPENSE REVOLVES AROUND BEN AND BLAYNE AND HOW IS IT THEY BOTH HAVE AMNESIA FOR THE SAME PORTION OF TIME IN THEIR LIVES? AND HOW DOES BLAYNE'S FATHER FIT INTO ALL OF THIS? YOU'LL THROUGHLY ENJOY EACH AND EVERY CHARACTER IN THIS CAPTIVATING NOVEL. INCLUDING EMILY AND TODD. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "RAZOR BURN"

I probably would have rated the book with just one more star if the cover wasn't so ridiculous. The story was rather boring and the characters uninteresting. Half way through, I actually didn't care what happened to them and I struggled to get through it. The sex scenes had more detail than the actual story. I am beginning to believe what they say about if they have to put a gorgeous hunk on the front, usually that is as good as it gets.
