this is a very nice little bike.I bought it for my grandson who is 8 and he loves it.Its all metal except for the battery housing and its very sturdy.The bike has real rubber tires and is very fast.You can get it up to around 15 mph.good construction and over all a really nice bike for the price.

I purchase 2 choppers one for my son and one for my daughter. My daughter fits on hers just fine. But, my son who is a couple of years older has a hard time riding them because of his height. Overall a good product. Just to small.

Great product, poor customer service,

The chopper itself is great. It was missing a part that was essentail to its operation. We put it together one week before Christmas. We discovered it was missing the part and called Razor USA to order the part. We paid $7.00 for the part that we should have not had to pay for then an additional $14.00 for overnight shipping in order to get it for Christmas. Then, the wrong part was sent. We then called Razor USA back and the customer service person who spoke very poor English argued with us for ten minutes before she finally put a supervisor on the phone. This woman got the right part and shipped us two. My child finally had her Christmas scooter working properly on January 15th. Santa appeared to have lost his magical powers at our house this year due to Razor.
