I bought this for my twin 2 1/2 year old daughters to share. Well, I had to buy another because there was no sharing this ride. It's easy for the kids to learn to use on their own but an adult MUST be present at all times when in use. We tried it out in the house first and they bumped into every piece of furniture in their way but after a few hours they got the hang of it and we brought it outside. They know they must wear helmets, knee and arm protection. Yes, this can be dangerous but with proper supervision, it's actually a lot of fun. We've only had it a week so I don't know how well it well hold up but I would have no qualms about returning it even after 6 months of use if I ran into a problem with durability or performance.

This scooter is perfect for the little brother or sister who wants to be like his older sibling. Though it's not the fastest, it gets them where they want to go. My 5 year old loved it and the price was right!

I purchased this scooter for my two year old grand daughter...she loves it. My other two grandchildren have electric scooters, ages seven and ten, and I didn't want to leave the youngest out. When I found the scooter I was a little apprehensive to purchase it, but I'm glad I did, it's great. She loves riding it with the big kids. It's very safe for a two year old. The scooter is first rate, I would reccommend this toy for any grandparent or parent to purchase for their toddler.

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter and now I am trying to decide what to do about it. She was so excited to get it and ride on it, but we soon learned that it moves so slowly (literally slower than she can walk), that it is frustrating to ride. She currently has a push scooter and always wears her safety gear. So I think we will try and return it and wait until she gets a little older to get her a real scooter.

My 2 year old loves his Razor Jr. We got it for him for X-mas. We were worried he wouldn't be able to ride it, but he picked it up right away. It does get stuck when it is not on a flat surface, but it is light enough for him to pick it up and move it forward. I would really recomend it for toddlers.

My nephew loved this. He rode it all over the house. It's slow enough for a 1 year old to ride safely and an adult could walk with him. The one flaw is the noise. The motor is quite loud. It's not bad if your in the street but if you plan on letting it be used in the house the noise is quite obnoxious.I did notice most toys are noisy anyway. Be prepared to put it together. Luckily, Assembly is not hard.

This thing is extremely slow. Unless you are buying it for your one year old it is not worth it! The battery only lasted a few charges. My daughter had more fun with it while it had a dead battery.

Got this for my 2 year old because he would constantly be a pain in the rear when his 6 and 11 year old siblings went to the park with their razor scooters. He thorougly enjoys it but I don't. Having to walk at a super slow pace is just not my thing being 5'11". Its much easier having him walk but you can't get it away from him. Would recommend only if you're in the mood for walking 1mph.

My two older children both have the electric scooter that goes 10mph and they both love it. Their ages are 12 and 8. So naturally my 2 1/2yr old wanted to ride so we bought him the Jr Razor for X-Mas and it was a great purchase. He loves it and has not fallen off at all. This seems to be a very safe and fun toy. He loves it. The only down fall is he likes to ride in the house which is o.k. but the scooter is so loud. All and all I would recommend it.

I bought this for my 3 year old niece for Christmas. They were visiting us for 2 weeks. When my husband assembled it (took him all of 10 min. tops)I plugged it in to charge the battery. Of course I did this on Saturday before Christmas and when we discovered we had a bad battery there was nothing we could do until after the holiday. When I reached customer service at Razor, they immediately sent a new battery and apologized for the inconvenience. I think they will be very helpful if anything else happens to the scooter. It seems to be made very well, my niece loved it, it is fairly safe (they recommend a helmet and elbow and knee pads for good reason), and a great bargain too. This will only hold 40lbs and under children, however, I think it will last through a couple more kids when she outgrows it. I am very happy with my purchase.
