Bike Great - Company So-So
The bike is wonderful - my son loves it! We are more frustrated with the company because we were missing 3 washers used to attach the trick posts (we rec'd one) and we are still waiting to get them. We've called 4x and just today were told that these parts weren't needed and that they did not have them in stock b/c the bike is new. We DO need these washers and feel...

Company lacks customer service
The bicycle is okay for basic riding. The company, Kent International, is terrible to work with. As in another review, we had a problem with the bicycle, and still, 7 months later, have gotten no help from them. I would not buy another Kent International bike for their lack of customer service. They are not concerned with you after you buy the bicycle.

The bike is wonderful - my son loves it! We are more frustrated with the company because we were missing 3 washers used to attach the trick posts (we rec'd one) and we are still waiting to get them. The bicycle is okay for basic riding. The company, Kent International, is terrible to work with. Had to have a bike shop put on the front wheel. Well made, good looks. My son has not ridden it yet due to the heat and rain in Florida this month.
