I found the essays in this book to fantastic. They are completely unbiased in their tones and opinions, and do not carry emotional connotations. The essays themselves are about very complex issues, but are written in such a way that they are very easy to understand. This book is good for sociological research and also private reading. Native Japanese readers will also be intrigued to take a look. The book and its chapters are very organized and all references and notes are included.
