I have been unable to find this floss in any stores near my home, so I'm glad Amazon got it back in stock. $23 might seem like a lot to spend on floss all at once, but I'm guessing I'll get at least a good 4-years worth out of the 9 pack.

I have sensitive gums and receding gumline, my dentist tells me. I use to avoid flossing because the thin, waxy "glide" style floss always cut my gums to smithereens. This product, the Gentle Gum Care floss, is more of a round woven "rope" that is much softer than normal floss and has no sharp edges. It also has a little bit of texture, which makes it feel like it cleans my teeth much more thoroughly, in addition to making it easier to grip around my fingers without slipping away. The "Fresh Mint" flavor is refreshing and very similar to mint toothpaste, and it has no waxy aftertaste.

I highly recommend this product for anyone who has avoided flossing in the past due to discomfort or gum bleeding. Even if you're one of the rare people who are comfortable with standard floss, switching to the Gentle Gum Care woven floss will seem like a luxury upgrade!

This is my favorite dental floss. It is very comfortable between my teeth and is not harsh, like plastic or waxed dental floss. I used to buy them at CVS, but they stopped carrying them, so now I go to amazon and buy a box of 9, when I need them. I am very happy with my dental floss.
